Cancellation Policy

Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the photo tour, I hereby release, waive, and discharge JM Naturescapes, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and any other third parties involved in conducting the tour, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or in equity, arising out of my participation in the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injuries, property damage, and wrongful death. Acknowledgment: I have read and understand this liability waiver, and I sign it voluntarily. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights. I agree that this waiver is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to Event. Please contact me on how to best fulfill remaining payments.
