Acadia Night Sky panorama work shop

Acadia National Park is home to stunning scenery, wildlife, and gorgeous dark skies. Join 2023 Northern Lights photographer of the year on an EPIC night, photographing the Spring Milky Way Arch! Learn the tips and tricks you need to know to capture a Milky Way Panorama!

Pick your choice of joining me the night of April 17th, April 18th, or both!

The workshop is limited to 4 people per night

The workshop will only be canceled in the event of rain or snow. I will make a decision 1 day before the workshop. In the event of cancellation, I can either issue a full refund or you can exchange it for 2 private lessons.

As long as it's not raining, we will still meet and practice the principles of long-exposure night photography, panoramas, and other tricks for night photography.

About the workshop

This Acadia National Park workshop will be cold! 40 degrees will be warm for nights this time of year, so bring warm clothes and layers. This will be a small group workshop of only 4 people in attendance.

The workshop will be 6 hours long from 12 am to 6 am.

And include Video editing lessons on panoramas.

Video on understanding the motion of the Milky Way

Video on recommended equipment to bring to help with panoramas.

Walking/hiking during the workshop is to be expected. We will likely not be hiking up any mountainains, but the most difficult and rewarding trail we would take is Great Head. Those who attend should be in good enough physical condition to be hiking and walking on rocks.

Workshop total $600
